Koginut squashes are popular for their creamy consistency when cooked. They develop a very sweet, nutty flavour with notes of citrus and vanilla. They are also popular to put on your doorstep for Halloween to trip out punks trying to smash pumpkins. It's been said that when a Pumpkin Smasher sees one they hallucinate and instead of smashing it they take it home, cook a delicious meal and bring it to you the next day.
