While we wait for the Peruvian Kent mango we fill the void with Brazilian Kent Mangoes. The flavour, texture and size is almost identical. This mango is large. Like, cut up and fill a pasta bowl large. It’s firm enough to cut into perfect cubes like any Kent mango, though soft and almost as juicy as Palmers, and sweeter and deeper in flavour than any mango we've tried.
