Asparagus; "Home Grown"

When people think of Ontario farmed fruits and veg they sometimes forget our provinces obsession with these weird green sticks. It is a vegetable that very few people buy outside of its 1.5 month season in Ontario. That must be why we all eat pounds of it every May and June to make up for the rest of the year.
We call this Asparagus "Home Grown" because while Sascha grew it on his farm, his intentions were to grow it for his family. He ended up growing more than he thought, so here we are.
3/4 lb bundle
Grown locally and organically on a family farm in Jordan Station, ON.
Available from May-July
Storage Tips: Keep ends wet. Stand in water in the fridge or wrap in damp paper towel
