Back Bacon; Pasture Raised
Hailing from the pork loin of the pig, we in Canada call this bacon "Back Bacon." Any where else in the world will call it Canadian Bacon. But don't expect the same thing when you're in the United States if you ask for Canadian Bacon because they have some bizarre circle of meat that looks like processed ham circles. These cuts are leaner than traditional bacon strips and when cooked right tend to convince people it's the only bacon to eat going forward.
