Balsamic Glaze & Vinegar; Black Garlic Infused

Farmer Meng took her fresh garlic, turned it into black garlic, then, because that apparently wasn't enough, she turned that into two different types of black garlic infused liquids: balsamic vinegar and balsamic glaze, which is similar to the vinegar but reduced down to a thick, syrupy liquid which boasts an even richer and sweeter flavour.
