Bayberries are a super fruit that has grown in Southeast Asia and Japan for over 2000 years. They are extremely high in a group of antioxidants called Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins (OPC for short). OPCs are twenty times more powerful than vitamin C and 50 times for powerful than vitamin E. So it's safe to say these little berries are incredibly good for you.
Each little berry contains a pit, similar to a cherry. You can eat them like a cherry or dice, can, dry and/or juice them. There is no bad way to get a Bayberry into your body.
