Dragon Fruit; Red Flesh
Crisp, juicy and wildly refreshing with no acidic flavour. A very fine source of dietary fibre and all around awesomeness. Slice it in half and chop the red flesh into cubes, or just stick a spoon in there. Best eaten when the outer skin begins to soften. If it has wrinkles it will only be sweeter.
