These funky mushrooms have been enjoyed by many in many different ways: raw, cooked, dried, or even steeped in tea. The flavour has been compared to being almost "crab" or "lobster-like." Come to think of it, it does kind of look like the inside of a crab. These early mushrooms are grown from inoculated blocks in a climatized growing space.
