Erdon lee, or "Dragon Egg", Lychee is a super-sized lychee. We're not saying bigger is always better, but in the case of lychee we think bigger is certainly more satisfying. The official flavour of Lychee is up for debate, but most people say it has floral pear, watermelon and grape notes. You're going to want to tear the bumpy red skin off, push the single seed out of the middle and enjoy your odd white blob of floral juice.

Preparation Ideas: Cut them in half and enjoy the refreshing and floral flavour. Or try something new like covering them in honey, butter and cinnamon and caramelizing them in the oven. Then enjoying them with some ice cream. Or on their own.
