Parmesan "Style" Cheese
This thing is a brick. Coming in at just over one full pound it's practically the size of a beer pint. If you're wondering why it's called "Parmesan Style" it's because it's not made in Parma. We like to play by the rules here at Muddy Crops, and we also don't want a monsoon of people from Parma breaking our door down.
Sheldon Creek's cows live happy lives and choose when they want to be milked. All the seed for the cows is grown directly on the farm to ensure each cow is happy and healthy.
Milk is produced fresh every week.
