If you've ever tried a lychee then you know how to eat a Rambutan. But how do you tell if they're ready to eat? They will change from green to orangey, yellowy red. Once you pop the white flesh out you are ready to get chomping. Just make sure you remove the seed, otherwise you are going to be really pissed off at us.
The flavour is different to a lychee. Less creamy and more crisp with floral hints.
