Ramps (or "Wild Leeks") are a species of wild onion. They pack a mean onion and garlic flavour. While most of the flavour of a ramp is found in the bulb the entire plant can be eaten. These wild little babies are rich in Vitamin A and C, so when someone tells you your breath stinks just be happy knowing that you're probably healthier than they are.
