
Some like to call Shishito Peppers "Roulette Peppers" because 1 in 10 are hot. Good luck deciphering which ones are! Cook em however you like, but we recommend a little olive oil on a skillet with fresh cracked salt. Slide them into your mouth and pull them off the stem. If you're outdoors, flick the stem like the butt of a cigarette and keep going.
