Less sweet than acorn squash, but notorious for its stringy texture when baked. This is not how spaghetti is made unfortunately. It would be pretty cool if it was though, eh? Seems like something out of an old Disney Movie. Cut it open and there lies a perfect bowl of pasta in there. There's definitely a market for that.
