Strawberries; No Spray/Greenhouse
Every single person on this planet loves strawberries, there's no denying that absolute fact. Unfortunately, however, our beloved land of South Ontario has been too stubborn to bear these wonderful little fruits for any longer than a measly few months of the year. That's where greenhouses come in handy and a few daring farmers looking to keep the dream alive.
Will uses zero sprays to grow his strawberries and keeps a strong and clean flavour by using coconut husk for his top soil.
These strawberries kick the season off in April and run through May until June Berries make their appearance come early-mid June.
