Tokyo Bekana; Organic

This is not a lettuce, but rather a cabbage. Crispy, crunchy with a subtle pepper flavour, and similar to the taste of spinach. It also has a super cool name that could easily be a New Wave pop group with a lead singer that wears leather gloves.
