Dragon Fruit; "Pitahaya Palora"
Crisp, juicy and wildly refreshing with no acidic flavour. A very fine source of dietary fibre and all around awesomeness. Slice it in half and chop the white flesh into cubes, or just stick a spoon in there. Best eaten when the outer skin begins to soften. If it has wrinkles it will only be sweeter.
**Dragon Fruit is on sale this week because the skin has some scattered red dots. This does not effect the inside of the fruit whatsoever. This is just how we role.
